Outrageous Video: DHS Trashes Couple’s Home, Strips Woman Naked at Gunpoint, Offers No Explanation

ZEdwards
In America, we have certain rights. Central to our civil liberties is a presumption of innocence until having been found guilty in a court of law and the right of citizens to be secure from unreasonable searches and seizures.

One Florida couple found out the hard way that though these rights exist in theory, the modern federal government feels free to play fast-and-loose with these concepts.

At approximately 6:16 am on June 10th, 2014, Kari Edwards and her live-in boyfriend were seized upon by a SWAT team who smashed in the door and using flashbangs and armed to the teeth, swarmed upon the couple and even stripped Ms. Edwards naked in the process.

The couple says that the group entailed personnel from DHS, for whom Edwards once worked. After smashing in the door, the tactical team threw in flashbang grenades, traumatizing their cat and swarmed upon Edwards’s boyfriend and Edwards who had just gotten out of the shower.

“They busted in like I was a terrorist or something,” Edwards said.

“[An officer] demanded that I drop the towel I was covering my naked body with before snatching it off me physically and throwing me to the ground.”

“While I lay naked, I was cuffed so tightly I could not feel my hands. For no reason, at gunpoint,” Edwards said. “[Agents] refused to cover me, no matter how many times I asked.”

“I have never been in any trouble before,” Edwards later stated. “Haven’t even had a traffic ticket in over ten years.”

The couple claim to have seen several different agency uniforms and Edwards repeatedly asked who they were and why they were there. Edwards claimed that they would only identify as “police” and refused to identify why they were there.

The couple has surveillance cameras which caught much of the action. When they were discovered, agents turned the cameras toward the wall.

After two hours and after the agents had thoroughly trashed the house, Edwards was given a warrant signed by Jonathan Goodman, a federal magistrate judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida that authorized the agents to search for computers and electronics.

Edwards’ boyfriend fixes up old computers but she claimed that the police barely looked at any electronics and did not seize any of the electronics in the house.

Like so many recent instances regarding federal militancy, the root cause of the police action can be justifiable while the manner in which police are investigating alleged illegalities is wholly inappropriate. If the police had a warrant to search for electronics, it’s possible to have executed that warrant without the firepower once reserved for Army Rangers going door-to-door in Fallujah.

It’s an obamanation with progressive democrats in control.

    • MeeshaWoodstock

Did ya notice how much Hillary looks younger nowadays…think she had a face lift when she went missing to a hospital recently…with an unexplained illness….My thoughts

      • Tr0ubleSh00ter

A few more surgeries and she’ll be Henry Waxman’s twin sister.

        • Thinker

A few more surgeries and she’ll have a beard.

        • keith

good old pig nose is gone thankfully .

        • Ariviste

          Old Pig-nose?

      • tedh754

Younger than whom? She doesn’t even look real anymore. And I say that with all due respect and remember that Reagan’s age was always an issue.

        • Robert A. Davis

She should have no respect coming. She got 4 killed and more injured due to the lax security in the shady operation.

        • Jibba Bean

Joan Rivers looks better than her…

        • CatoYounger

Isn’t it interesting how age just disappears when its a Democrat. Here are some hypocritical points about Reagan. Remember they bashed Reagan for “homelessness”? Well, homelessness is at a record high under Obama and I haven’t seen a peep about it from the media. They bashed Reagan for being “too old”, but Hilary is even older right now and not a peep from the media. And on and on…

          • Stuart Allen

Ragan said that people were homeless because they chose to be. Erm, no Ron, I really doubt that.

      • Dave Benson

If she had a face lift, she should demand a refund.

        • LordElrond09

What did she have a facelift with? A steam shovel?

          • Sue

            that would work.

          • Brett Brown

            hahaha I’m melting

        • breed41

the dimple is really a belly button

          • Louis Williams

Well Pelosi has a pubic beard I think they all use the same Doctor they are starting to look like plastic people like Kerry. I’m sorry men should not have plastic surgery they tend to look lifeless.

        • okihadit

          that’s looking younger?

        • Screwed_in_Ca

Is that a little bit of a beard?

        • Bob Steckel

thats the kind of facelift you get under obamacare

        • Kingofthehill

She’s had so many face lip’s she blinks through her nipples

          • Carolina Corpus

            Hahahaha…ur funny!!

        • Marty Siegel

          and damages!!!

      • David Brady Sr.

You can fix her face but you can’t fix stupid!

        • jbd1975

          You Can’t fix her face—-impossible!!!

      • jerrystroud

No face lift needed for Hillary. The media will keep putting out pictures they took of her 30 years ago!

      • Donna Mohr Bungo

but they couldn’t fix the brain damage

      • guest2

No amount of money will slap away that kind of ugly.

      • CraxyD

        See: Lady Bathory

      • richardcancemi

She still reminds me of Miss Piggy of the Muppetts.

        • Lon Pirkl

Miss piggy is better looking and has more brains.

          • Jibba Bean

            mmmmm…bacon

      • carolchristine

Funny you should say this because I have been thinking the very same thing. She looks so much younger. Of course she had one.

        • Jibba Bean

          impossible…she’s dead broke!

          • Ariviste

            Maybe she has Obamacare?

      • E.l. Roger

Still looks like the south end of a northbound cow !

        • Ariviste

I haven’t heard that in a long time. My dad used to say that.

      • Sherry Barnette McCartney

Naah, she still looks like an old hag.

      • Beckachu

No, she is actually getting younger, sucking up souls like the devil!

      • Lars Skiipole

They need a bigger crane to lift that face.

      • Jibba Bean

        she’s too poor to afford a facelift…

        • MeeshaWoodstock

:) ….so she says…we don’t believe that for one moment

        • nmgene

Ya they only made 12 mil the last year in office. Thats more then most people make in there lifetime. I should be so poor.

      • Shelly Kay

Bizarre how people want to bash a female politician based on her LOOKS… Seriously? What grade are we in here? Could not be more shallow if you tried. I may not believe in everything she is about, but I’ve got more class than to bash her personally. Grow up, seriously… our children need better role models!!!!

        • CatoYounger

And you need to quit being so hysterical over a few throwaway comments. Its not a good example.

          • Shelly Kay

No such thing as a “throw away comment” once you post it… unless you delete, it’s there for all to see. It’s like leaving garbage all over the place. Trust me, I’m far from “hysterical.” There’s a difference between voicing an opinion and being hysterical… JEEZ CALM DOWN CATO!!! Seriously, it’s like you’re about to explode or something!

        • MeeshaWoodstock

Dear Shelly, NOT ‘bashing’ her personality…as I said a ‘thought’ looking at the above photo compared to the most recent…after I posted, I did look up and indeed she did have a facelift as did her daughter prior to her marriage(to each there own)>>>
Guess I will never ‘grow’ up in your standards, your way of thinking even though I have raised 5 wonderful children who are all classy and have great jobs, two with Psycology degrees working to help those who have problems in the mental arena, One who is Vice President, Information Technology with a well known company(once worked for the State Department), one with a degree in chemistry, one a secretary in a Christian School setting…they all love and think they had a great mother…and now the grandchildren and great grandchildren…I believe with God’s help I have been a pretty good role mode and will continue to do so with the next two generationsl!!! I did teach them responsibility, giving to others as a means of being more blessed than to be selfish or ‘its all about me’ mentality…Encouraged them to go in the direction of their hearts and they have done well…

As far as growing up, I grow more each day looking for something new to learn…at age 72 I have been around the block a few times…You Call me ‘shallow’, ‘classless’, ‘immature’, a ‘bad role model’, yet YOU think that I bashed HER personality??? Hummmmm

          • Shelly Kay

I’m not even sure if it was your specific comment that spurred my reply Meesha… I read on and it just got uglier and uglier in what people were saying. I apologize as I did not mean to bash any PERSON, what I should have said is, “these are childish tactics, words, etc.” As it is childish, aggressive and a waste of time to even have conversation about personal characteristics, etc. of ANYBODY, politicians included. I typically steer clear of these types of conversations simply because they are so counter productive to anything we could do to change a situation for the better. Again, my apologies as I did not read my response through, or fully think it through before posting… that was hasty and childish of me, sincerely. :)

          • MeeshaWoodstock

Shelly, I do not respond to those who make ‘ugly’ statements as were the comments after I posted,,,it just shows ignorance as far as I am concerned…Apology accepted…Have a WonderFULL evening!

          • Shelly Kay

Thank you and you have a wonderful evening as well :)

        • Ariviste

Just think of all those she has bashed personally including the 12 year old rape victim whose attacker she defended. She has done her share of bashing and the consequences were more serious to those she and her ilk have attacked. She deserves all she gets. She is an evil woman.

        • Robert Webster

Shelly, I agree with you in part, however, I also understand the bashing. it also occurs with males as well as females, so don’t get your panties in such a bunch over what you perceive to be sexism… People are angry about the corruption in our government and this may be the only way some people can express that anger. Politicians and BS are becoming more and more synonymous and bleeding hearts with, so called class, are not helping.. I would not necessarily want you as my child’s role model and your comment shows your lack of class for your own name calling.

          • Shelly Kay

Panties in a bunch…? My panties couldn’t me smoother at the moment Robert, meaning I’m not angry, and using your choice of words to convey my emotional state. I am simply wanting people to think about what is actually important. We’re angry at the government, yes I understand this, but specifically why? What can be done about it? Attacking each other personally, and this includes politicians is a childish “act.” I apologize, as I didn’t totally think my comment through before posting… it’s the act, the words I was calling childish and lacking in class.. I stand by that. I am not interested in calling any person names and I can now see how that would come across that way, thank you for pointing that out.

          • Robert Webster

I appreciate that you saw what I was trying to say in my own classless manner, but I am so shaken by the political arena, big government and all the back stabbing and corruption, I may also have over-reacted. We the people need to stick together to change the problems our present leaders are creating. Keep in mind I am on your side in this fight, but maybe just more involved and upset. This chaos will set our country back to a place no true American wants to go again. I reiterate the sentiments of people expressing their feeling in ways that seem to show lack of class, but I it seems public expression is a freedom that seems to be swept under the rug these days, especially concerning all the things any person with three brain cells can see that are totally wrong and causing problems not even our children or their children can correct…..I have a lot of ideas and most start with and have to do with voting the waste out of OUR house…..

      • smithna

I think she looks older and more wrinkles.

      • Ariviste

She is actually washing and styling her hair. For a while it was a greasy, dirty pony tail.

      • canucksam

She’s still got those bags under her eyes. Think maybe she bends the old elbow too much?

    • American Patriot

A face in NEED of some good acid to wash with!

    • JSebastian

Why does she always look like she just had a sour candy?

      • LEL

She doesn’t always appear so. It’s only when her mask slips and an alert photographer catches it ….

      • LEL

She doesn’t always appear so. It’s only when her mask slips and an alert photographer catches it ….

  • Rob

Maybe they were looking for Lerner’s emails on his computer

    • BacSi

Or making sure she “didn’t” have them.

      • xaton

These so called “public servants” need to take note. When this lawless regime of Barack Obama’s comes crashing down everyone of you testosterone drunken jack booted criminal thugs involved in this kind of lawlessness may find yourselves in a prison cell too. Right along side of Bubba who is waiting to thank you for placing him in there.

And someday you may come storming in on the wrong person were a half dozen of you may be dropped in less than five seconds.

What can one say. Dangerous line of business you’re in busting in on non-dangerous citizens; until you bust in on the wrong one.

        • Concerned Citizen

Bursting in on people is asking to get shot at, But no one should shot at them, they are doing their job. Bull, No one knows who you are in the middle of the night , you are just a crook to them. So you better watch your own backside or they may be the next victim.

          • Charles W. Bell

it happen here in Texas and it cost 2 deputy’s their life’s trying to serve a no knock warrant and the grand jury refused to convict the shooter

          • Don Oberloh

            Amen for Texas

          • Cajun69

            Good!

          • Anthony Helmey

I read that, i say bravo to the man. Id have shot them too.

          • American Patriot

Nobody has keys to my place, so ANYBODY entering is NOT my friend, they WILL BE SHOT DEAD on entry, no questions asked!

          • Cajun69

What Fuckers they will get there just reward when the people have had enough they won’t be enough of them to get us all!!

          • Tony Loro

            Yes there will be.

          • Tony Loro

Sure big words but 10 guys in SWAT gear with SIG556′s? You might put 5-10 in a couple of vests but you ARE dead.

          • helbert_mary@yahoo.com

Don’t shoot them in their vest, shoot their square between the eyes !!!!

          • Scott Downey

Spoken like someone that has never fired a weapon.

          • Kenneth Munson Sr.

I have fired a weapon and you shoot them in the head. Only way to make sure they stay down.

          • Scott Downey

Spoken like someone that has never fired a weapon.

          • Bellyn

Aim small, miss small. Center mass, vital areas is where most are taught. Unless you are a sniper, it’s probably not going to happen. My suggestion is that we all train to be snipers!

          • Combat_Vet

            Unfortunately that’s true

          • John Brady

You can always use roadside bombs.

          • Andy

SHOOT first an ask questions later….

          • fishal41

Right, but these jackboots have on bullet proof gear. They also have fully automatic weapons. You might get off a couple of ineffective shots before your body is bullet riddled. At one time these stormtroopers were actually human with families.Sad what power can do.

          • Free from tyranny

There is always a means to an end. Nothing is entirely bullet proof. Any kind of body armor can be defeated with the right kind of ammunition. Like for instance they are most likely wearing a level IV cermaic plate which can stop one round of 30-06 so if you fire multiple rounds of 30-06 at the same plate you are going to get penetration on your second round fired

          • Jamie Lant

Body armor doesn’t cover the femoral. Hit that and your target is incapacitated until death, which is like 3 minutes later.

          • dagobarbz

Start digging that croc pit and order your trapdoor now!

          • JSebastian

Maybe they will reform when a few of them are taken out with one to the back of the head while they are eating dinner with their families, and their brains go splattering all over the faces of the wife and kids. Or do stormtroopers not take the family out to dinner either? You think they’re untouchable, is that it? That people don’t know who they are, and where they sleep, and where their kids go to school? They live in our society too.

The American people who have been victimized by the government, and others merely interested in seeing justice done, will find a way to teach the agents of the government to be respectful of the rights of others, or to live in fear. Then they will behave.

          • Roger Shirley

Shoot at them and you will be dead, plain and simple.

          • dagobarbz

Like the guy in Texas? He shot at them and killed two. And then walked.

          • Jamie Lant

Unless you’re prepared. Somebody should set up a bunch of booby traps in an abandoned house and then call in a false report to get SWAT to come kick in the door.

          • Tony Loro

Well if this happens we know where the second door is going to be smashed…

          • Tim Chrisolm

Possibly. But it damn sure won’t be by the same SWAT team.

          • Kenneth Munson Sr.

In the State of Texas, booby traps are a felony no matter who you set them for..

          • Guest

are you actually that brain-dead stupid or what?!?!?!?!?! i would love to see you break into someone’s house late at night , because you would definitely be getting carried out in a bodybag and taking the Last Ride in the Coroner’s Van if you broke into MY house, because of a simple law called Castle Doctrine (look it up)

          • Concerned Citizen

I think you miss read my comment. All I meant was the police don’t think they should be shot at because they are the law. Like you, if someone brakes into my home, I am going to shoot. I’m not going to stop and ask the person breaking in if they are the police.

          • Purplenights

Where is the crowd that always says “if you are not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about?

        • American Patriot

Sorry, but no, they will be rounded up and EXECUTED as they should be!
No excuse to act like a terrorist when your job is to BE the SERVANT to the people that pay you, but then again, EMPLOYEES of the people assume they are our masters, WE need to ensure they clearly understand this fact, or suffer the consequences!

          • dagobarbz

Oughta issue rookie cops a dictionary, so they can look up PUBLIC SERVANT when they forget what it means.

          • Andy

All cadets are taught the meaning of PUBLIC SERVANT in the police academy school, problem is the older, seasoned officers forget just WHO they work for. Long and bad hours don’t help much either, especially when a think they know it all(laws) civilian opens their mouth during a traffic stop.

          • dagobarbz

The personal camera idea is a good tool to remind them who they work for. One cop has already been fired for turning his off before knocking out this lady’s teeth with his flashlight.

You know, when they get off shift after a long day, they’re not done. Comes now, The Paperwork! That job doesn’t pay enough, if you ask me.

          • 1baronrichsnot1

Many of them have the wrong mos. should be supply sgts and 911 operators. The dept heads need to keep those away from the general public, they are unfit.

          • Scott Downey

Yeah, he got fired, but another city/county/State will hire him in a few months. Then it’s business as usual for it.

          • Scott Downey

Yeah, he got fired, but another city/county/State will hire him in a few months. Then it’s business as usual for it.

          • 1baronrichsnot1

I say they can season their azzes right out of the force! Not gonna put up with this bullschitt!

          • Charles Ayala

long and bad hours? 4 days on, 4 days off, sounds like heaven to me. and civilians can open their mouths any time they want.

          • Paul Kennedy

Actually it is the older officers that want out because the newbies are the ones being trained to see citizens as the enemy. And their testosterone fuels power trip doesn’t bode well for Americans.

          • Hossmiester

I beileve these types of “Public servants” is exactly why lamp post were created, making a place they can be hung from. “I was just following orders” didn’t work fo the SS, it will not work for you either. Letting the American public see these bodies hanging from strong oak trees and every lamp post in town will assure them the Republic is back.

        • Stuart Allen

This article provides little to no information on the background or the severity of the offense committed by this couple. And it is suddenly the Administrations duty to micromanage every case in the United States? If this was an example of excessive force (and due to lack of background I have yet to see ANY evidence), the officers should be punished, not the president, who doubtfully even knew the details of a small break-in over violation of a computer law.

Oh, and if you want to look for someone to point fingers at for the late warrant, you can look at the GOP establishment. They are, after all, the ones who passed the Patriot Act, which has allowed the FBI, CIA, and other federal bodies to act at will, free of the president or the judiciary.

          • Cherie Martin

The Patriot Act was a bipartisan effort. You are mistaken.

          • Don Oberloh

Truly two pieces of tyranical legislation to be sure, both of them.

          • CKM

Patriot act may have been bipartisan, but the idiot that we have in office now has taken it to a whole new level of unlawful-ness

          • Gary Banta

Then let’s (god-fearing, law-abiding citizens) band together and remove the “idiot” from office through legal means. If enough of us flood the switchboard demanding impeachment, Congress will eventually act … they like their jobs and to save theirs, they will gladly loose the bad apple. Then in November we replace them, too! Who’s the idiot now?

          • Tony Loro

            Nope.

          • Kenneth Munson Sr.

In order to remove the “idiot” the Republicans have to keep control of the House and gain control of the Senate in November. This Democratic Senate will not bring a trial of Impeachment.

          • dagobarbz

McCain the Geriatric woulda been a better choice, huh? Oh, I know. You guys love your alzheimer presidents.

          • Billy

YOU are to stupid to know you are stupid.

          • dagobarbz

Come back when you learn to spell. “To stupid?” How old are you, like eight?
Say, you’re not really McCain the Maverick, are you? On the internet it’s hard to know.

          • shamu9

Love you fruit Dems use of the “V” Avatar!! So the King “O Th’ “Bongo Kongo” Is a Better Choice??

          • dagobarbz

I love how morons like you assume I’m a democrat when I’ve never belonged to any party, ever.

And yes, Obama has been a fine president compared to Caribou Barbie and Geezer McCain. The man has accomplished a lot, despite the Republicans trying to prevent him from doing anything for six years. It’s rather remarkable, actually.

If Geezer McCain, the “hero” who was about the most incompetent pilot who ever flew planes for the military, had died…Caribou Barbie would be running the joint. Oh boy. Yanno, the fact that you even felt you had to ask this question in a pitiful and racist putdown of the Commander in Chief, says a lot about you. Nothing good.

          • Tim Chrisolm

You’re not a democrat? Right, and the moon’s made a’ cheese. The economy shrank almost 3% in the first quarter and the debt has doubled since your “fine” president took over. So, yeah, he’s been a fine president if you’re Russia or China who would like nothing more than to see us fall.

          • dagobarbz

            Can you read?

          • Kenneth Munson Sr.
          • Kenneth Munson Sr.
          • Kile

By what standard has Obama been a “fine president”? Credit downgrade, added $7 trillion to the debt, slapped down 9-0 13 times by SCOTUS, lowest level of labor force participation rate, Obamacare a disaster, Benghazi, border chaos, most people on welfare in history, most people on food stamps in history, fast and furious, wire tapping journalists, terrorists taking over Iraq, total loss of respect around the world, can’t get a decorated Marine out of a Tijuana jail. I can go on, but I’ll leave it at that. WORST…PRESIDENT…EVER.

          • Mike

ALWAYS have to bring in the ‘racist’ BS, grow up and learn some new words. Obama as president tries to govern exactly as my grandfather predicted an incompetent black would, back in the 50s.

          • Paul Kennedy

Right, you’re not a Dem or a Repub. Well you sure aren’t Repub with your comments. No, I think you’re a lib pure and simple. Your defense of the worst president in American history tells us all we need to know about you political status. You should turn on a fan and clear the smoke out and then paint the mirrors black and then maybe, just maybe, you might find your way back to the real world.

          • Kile

A department store mannequin would have been a better choice.

          • Bryan Bell

YES!! As big of a dickly douche McCain is…..he’d STILL be a way better choice than this POS POTUS!!

          • dagobarbz

Wow…with this degree of ignorance, it’s no wonder Teabillies get elected to make stupid, destructive new laws to screw up our personal lives.

          • Bryan Bell

I must really be ignorant, as I can’t think of a single “stupid, destructive new law to screw up our personal lives” due to “Teabillies getting elected”. Can you please give me an example of just one of these?

          • dagobarbz

As a man, it wouldn’t have come to your attention. As a woman who needs health care, I feel strongly about the laws that force clinics to close. That is destructive. Or how about the jackass in Wisconsin who “improved” the economy to the point that the state’s economy is imploding? Scott Walker is a great example of stupid and destructive. He destroyed an entire state’s economy. I could go on, but I am probably just wasting my time.

          • slkgej6

You’re a leftist fool. The economy of Wisconsin was imploding PRIOR to the passage of Scott Walker’s bill. Now, they are billions in the black, but I suppose that to a well indoctrinated leftist, that means that the economy is worse off than when they were billions in debt. Excellent economic reasoning. Good little leftist lapdog!! You’re not wasting your time, you’re wasting your mind. If I were you, I’d vote democrat too….it’s WAY easier than actually thinking.

          • Bryan Bell

Can you please give me an example of just one of these laws, and exactly how it is “stupid and/or destructive”? Perhaps an example of how any of these laws have impeded your access to health care, since that’s your point?

          • Ben Childs

Couldn’t have been worse than “O” and considering he has experience at leadership, which Obama has none, and managerial skills, another quality Obama lacks. Obama is the most juvenile President in the history of this country. He blames everyone and everything instead of solving the issues. He says he inherited certain obstacles from GWB, he inherited nothing, he asked for the opportunity to solve the nations problems and was granted his wish. What did the citizens get, a 12 year old who refuses to lead but instead chooses to point fingers, dodge responsibility and place blame.

          • dagobarbz

It’s almost like we’re talking about two different people here. I am not seeing what you’re describing.

          • Paul Smith

You think Alzheimer’s is a joke? That’s sick and pathetic.

The patriot act was a serious mistake.

          • Bob

no it wasn’t. Democrats were bitches and everyone was afraid of being called “unpatriotic” by Republicans because America is a stupid conservative country.

          • bill

YEAH, Blame everything on BUSH again!! That excuse is TIRED and OLD!! You people never stop do you? FYI the Patriot Act was approved by BOTH, I repeat. BOTH parties! YOU GOT IT NOW???? I doubt it!!

          • Kibber_SF

Actually 41 Democrats would not vote for it in the House. Check the roll call in the house and senate you will see it was more of the GOP but without the support from the few dumbocraps it would not have been law. Of course Baby Bush would have called them all traitors like he threatened to do if they didn’t vote it in. This is the agenda of BOTH of the “great two (faced) parties”…

          • kv2109

And what about Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City, TWA 800 and Andrew Breirbart?

          • Kibber_SF

What about them??? What do they have to do with my comment? I see no connection…

          • dagobarbz

Whoever approved it, bipartisan or not, it was a terrible idea and set us on the path to totalitarianism. Which we will be told is “freedom.”

          • Franklin Zelch

Hey dumbass, Obama renewed it and expanded it. So yes, we can blame Obama.

          • dagobarbz

            But who STARTED it? Reagan.

Stop being stupid, stop trying to split hairs. Your wiggling rhetoric, squirmy and slithery as it might be, changes nothing. Reagan phones. BOOM! You can’t refute history.
            Dumbass.

Stuart, I think you had better go back and research your so called facts. I agree that there is more info to know but the Pres is the one that amended by executive order to allow this kind of action. I think you should also look at who was the majority in the senate and house at the time of the Patriot Act. I don’t agree with the Patriot Act and as far as it goes that it is in violation of our Constitution. Obama has as far as been said that he has amended the Act two and maybe three times in which he got more power.

          • Scott Downey

And why hasn’t it been repealed 7 years later?

          • http://jerseycity4u.com George Disbrow

Obama the 2nd. Don’t you ‘s ever get tired of reciting the blame game. Being brainwashed for so long, you can’t tell the difference between right and wrong. You do need help. Ask and you will receive. I know their are many posters who would be willing to show you the light of day.

All organizations are lead from the top down. The leader sets the tone and establishes the boundaries. In USA, BO has made it clear what he expects from his employees. Be it the IRS, Boarder Patrol, Department of Home Land Security. They ALL do his dirty work according to his wishes. At least that is what I was taught when Nixon took a fall for a couple of low level burglaries. Everyone of these para-military junkies are guilty of one law common to every law enforcement agency in the USA. The law requires them to wear, plainly visible, either a name tag or badge number . You are so sadly mistaken. The Patriot Act if anything was honest, to understand that you would have to understand the history of domestic spying. Domestic Spying started in 1947 by Pres. Truman with SIGNET and Project Minaret. Later Project Shamrock came to the forefront when the NSA was created in 1950′s. Both were combined which created Project Eschelon. Project Eschelon was cancelled during Pres. Ford’s administration. Pres. Carter reinitiated Project Eschelon with the creation of FISA and FISC. You libs are so stereotypical in twisting and morphing of events. You take an secret action created by a Democratic President, cancelled by a Republican administration, recreated by a Democratic President, along with a secret court that only has a prosecutor and judge (FISC) and then a Republican President amends the program with the Patriot Act being fully transparent and open to the public and you libs blame him for using what your Presidents created. Next you will be telling me that President Eisenhower started the Vietnam War.

        • BacSi

Hello xaton. I applaud your spirit. Everyone should protect their home. But have you truly thought your plan through? If you popped six police officers while they were illegally entering your home, you would be very lucky if they bothered to arrest you afterward. Think guerrilla tactics. If the government periodically acts illegally, then there are plenty of lawyers willing to take them on. If the government turns tyrannical, then hide you guns and pick an opportune moment to fight for freedom. Don’t die for your rights, make the other guy die for trying to take them. No, I do not think we are at that point yet. Although if people are going to continue to be punished by the IRS or any other government agency only for their peaceful political beliefs, then I say defend yourself. But don’t make a suicide pact out of it.

          • JSebastian

Well, except in all situations like this, the tactics that are the most effective are the ones of asymmetric warfare. Its easy to take the fight to a numerically superior enemy. This is why we could never get control of Iraq or Afghanistan. Even with the most high tech equipment imaginable. No amount of military might can prevent an assailant using these asymmetric techniques from chiseling away at your personnel or other assets. And eventually that will demoralize your army, and it will fail.

          • BacSi

Don’t get me wrong. In my mind there is almost nothing more abhorrent than to initiate guerrilla warfare against our government. I would think that when the government decides to suppress free speech Violently, then I suspect that many people would conclude that point had been reached.

So far, the IRS has only blocked free speech from an opposing political party. To my knowledge, no one has yet died because of it. Alarmingly, I understand that Lois Lerner had already began to tie the IRS TEA Party investigations in with other government policing agencies (although these “profiled” investigations were oppressive and clearly violated peoples civil rights, the policing agencies limited themselves to just looking for violations of existing laws). But when you go from just blocking free speech, to criminalizing free speech that results in either lengthy incarceration or death (the very definition of a Fascist government), then it is time to seek recourse. If the courts, elections, non-violent civil disobedience, and violent civil disobedience cannot stop it, then I believe the Socialists will find themselves in the middle of a real guerrilla style civil war with about 30 percent of the population. It is remarkable how serious the IRS issue is to anyone concerned with the government breaking into their home.

          • JSebastian

My statement isn’t really about the IRS, although that’s an abuse of power that justifies some kind of retribution against the guilty parties involved as well. This is about the system infringement of natural rights of the citizenry. The incident referenced in this article that we’re commenting on , is only one of myriad similar aggressive violations of Constitutionally protected liberty.

And I do not at all believe taking up arms against the government is abhorrent in any fashion. Not only it that the very mechanism by which Americans earned their liberty from England, but its the natural right of all people to exercise when their government is abusive. Its both a patriotic duty as well as a noble cause.

Look, here’s the bottom line ; aggression cannot and will not be tolerated. And if you’re a person who is interested in creating a civil society, then you have to adopt that premise. We are never going to have a civil and peaceful society unless we hold fast to the principles of non-Aggression. And that also means that people who can’t abide by those principles will have to be dealt with. They’ll need to be expelled from our society, or isolated, or perhaps killed, if they persist in interfering in the rights of others.

So yah, you can say its a bit of a utopian thing at present…and that people who are pursuing the reforms of society with this goal in mind are “dreamers”, but so what? Its just as valid , more so, than people who want to try to prop up the status quo, with its inherent corruption and aggression by the State against citizens. And the number of people who are committed to defending their natural rights, and using whatever force is necessary to do so, is growing by the day. And eventually, it will reach a critical mass after which ideals will be put into action. A true revolutionary movement to build a better society is within our reach. We’d be fools not to try.

          • BacSi

Howdy again JSebastian. There is certainly a point where we the people would need to violently fight our own government. But (no offence) if anyone thinks that it would be desirable if that point was before all the non-violent steps have been tried and failed, then they completely misunderstand the concept of Rights. Any system of government that you might wish to construct, will demand that the people must follow nonviolent redress of grievances toward their government. You said it yourself when you described aggressive people, “And that also means that people who can’t abide by those principles will have to be dealt with.” So why should those people restrict themselves to nonviolent means of dealing with your described government if you are not willing to apply nonviolent means with this government?

On the other hand, your death may serve a purpose. If ever your home is invaded by SWAT, you will reduce the chances of my home being invaded by SWAT. That is, Only if you do it correctly. If you do nothing more than wave your rifle at them, and then are wrongfully killed by the SWAT Team, your family will likely receive $3.4 million from your County government as a wrongful death settlement (like what happened to Jose Guerena of Tucson, Arizona in 2011). That will greatly influence the police managers who authorize SWAT deployments and there-by decrease the chances that other SWAT Teams will break into other people’s homes. What you should not do is fire your weapon, or especially kill a SWAT officer. If you do that you will still die, but your family will get no settlement money. And since police managers already accept that a certain number of SWAT Team members will get killed every so often, the fact that you killed a few will only change their tactics to be more violent. Your death, in that case, will actually make matters worse for the rest of us.

When you say, “Cannot and will not be tolerated.” Ok, fine. But that does not mean you have to play into their hands. If you are bent on dying for a principle, then do it in a way that helps your family and makes it harder for them to keep doing it. Better yet, get rid of all your guns and wave a toy gun at them. That might cost them an extra few million.

Or, you could study law, become a lawyer, and become a millstone around the neck of every government who uses a SWAT Team on a normal civilian. It would be Much harder for you personally than simply pulling a trigger and ending someone’s life, but it would be an EXTREMELY effective way of applying your, “Aggression cannot and will not be tolerated” principle.

          • JSebastian

The blueprint for this kind of resistance has already considered, and discarded as effective actions, the kinds of overt and direct confrontations you model. For example, overloading the system with claims for civil damages only hurts the citizens who are paying the taxes even more…thus exacerbating the level of abuse and oppression in the system. More than likely it will simply result in new laws providing an even lower limit of liability on such causes of action, or perhaps invalidate them entirely. So those are both dead-ends.

This is where the asymmetric advantage comes into play. An inferior force can be effective or prevail against a superior one only by taking the fight to the enemy on its own terms, not on the terms set by the enemy; because this is always engineered by the superior force to provide them with an inherent advantage. To get asymmetric, you have to create a new place of conflict and danger and that is where you apply force.

            So to sum up:

To lose: fight the enemy on their terms and/or territory (examples are Courts, responding to their SWAT raids or other aggressions)

To win: fight on your own terms and/or territory (examples are surprise attacks on command and control capability or infrastructure, anti-personnel missions against their human assets, etc)

Hope that makes it more clear.

          • slkgej6

While I believe that we are very close to the need for armed resistance against these people, we are not yet there. Lately, the courts have not been siding with the Obama administration when cases are brought against it. In just the last week, there were two decisions in which all nine justices voted AGAINST the president. Considering the leftist nature of the majority of the supreme court justices, this is astounding and evidence that his actions are beginning to frighten even them.

          • JSebastian

Well I suppose there is always some outside possibility of voluntary and legal reforms, but only time will tell. In any case, I think its important ( I view it as a public service and my patriotic duty), to remind the citizenry that moral natural law and our Founders have provided us with the guidance needed to take more drastic action should it ever be necessary.

          • slkgej6

I’m with you 100% on that. Too many in this nation are simply ignorant or are the carefully cultured products of the public school system. The more irrefutable facts out there about the rule of law and the constitution the better.

          • slkgej6

          • BacSi

Howdy again JSebastian. Yes, you have made “how” to fight very clear. I’ve already been down that road myself and my brother made it his whole career. But now you must explain “when” to fight. Off hand, I can think of one other person who concluded that violence was better than nonviolent redress of grievances with the government. His name was Bill Ayers.

In order to explain his violence, Bill Ayers said:
”I don’t think you can understand a single thing we did without understanding the violence of the Vietnam War.” “Thousands of people were being killed every week.”
“Terrorism was what was being practiced in the countryside of Vietnam by the United States.”
“I think what we did was to respond to a situation that was unconscionable.”
”The enduring scar of racism was fully in flower.”
            ”I didn’t kill innocent people.”

Obviously Ayers believed that the Vietnam War was a criminal act. And it is easy to infer that by drafting citizens (and getting 55,000 of them killed), he would also believe that the War was an unconstitutional act.

Throw in the rampant racism at the time, which also violates our Constitution, you could easily conclude that Ayers would believe that the US government was engaged in Civil Rights violations. Is that a “systematic infringement of natural rights of the citizenry”? Certainly, with his frame of mind, the 55,000 American deaths could be called “aggressive violations of Constitutionally protected liberty.

And a phrase like, “it’s the natural right of all people to exercise when their government is abusive,” sounds very much like other things that Ayers said:
“Large numbers of people are broken from the notion that the system is working for people, that the system is just or humane or peaceful.”
“We should open our eyes, see what’s in front of us, and act.”
“Every revolution seems impossible at the beginning, and after it happens, it was inevitable.”

So I get the feeling that you are now just as upset as Bill Ayers and the other SDS guys were, and you both have concluded that killing cops is the way to solve your problem. The only slight difference is the specific civil right violations. You both speak of revolutions, although I suspect your “revolutions” are at opposite ends of the political spectrum.

You say, “Overloading the system with claims for civil damages” is a dead end. But I say it is your responsibility to go through those non-violent steps first. If the government blocks your non-violent grievance process, only then should you consider taking violent steps. The Vietnam War protests forced the US out of Vietnam, not Bill Ayers and the SDS with all their bombs. Our government could have declared martial law and started killing protesters in the streets (Bill Ayers considered protests a dead end, as I assume so do you), but it didn’t.

The people who put together our government specifically put nonviolent mechanisms in place to keep it from becoming what we would later call a “Banana Republic.” JSebastian, I implore you to exhaust the non-violent paths first.

Lastly, there was an old Jack Palance movie. Part of its dialogue made an impact on me:

La Revolucion is like a great love affair.

In the beginning, she is a goddess. A holy cause.
But every love affair has a terrible enemy. Time.

We see her as she is.

La Revolucion is not a goddess, but a whore.

She was never pure, never saintly, never perfect.

            So we run away.

Find another lover, another cause. Quick, sordid affairs. Lust, but no love. Passion, but no compassion.

            Without love…
…without a cause, we are nothing.

            We stay because we believe.
We leave because we are disillusioned.
We come back because we are lost.
We die because we are committed.

You have a whore by the skirt and you still think she is pure. I see the passion, but I see no compassion. Even if this government closes all the nonviolent means of redress, even if you are perfectly correct to fight against a vicious tyrannical government, the number of women and children that the whore will kill makes me cry.

I hope you apply the best judgment that you can.

          • JSebastian

That’s all well and good historical perspective. For the record, I think it is clear that whatever crimes Bill Ayers committed in his opposition to an illegal war pale in comparison to the ones committed by the government. It is a matter of historical relativism, which cannot be adjudicated in the present, only in retrospect as Ayers notes.

However , I would just point out that natural law is what governs human relationships. If you are aggressive against people then you can expect them to respond with force. Its that simple. If you want to live in peace, then you can’t be aggressive against others.

          • BacSi

Yes JSebastian, I agree whole heartedly; aggression begets aggression and natural law is what governs human relationships. But please consider. Our society has mechanisms in place that deal with unwarranted aggressive behavior. We give powerful police authority to certain individuals in order to maintain law and order. It is true that throughout our history they have abused those powers. When my grandfather was a young man in Seattle, he had an ice rink built and began operating it. The police demanded protection money from him. My grandfather had the rink torn down and then he walked away from it rather than deal with the crooked police. Today, the Seattle police do not operate protection scams on businessmen. That tells you that mechanisms are in place to reel in the police. It’s true that it took a generation to implement, but it worked. I’m not saying that we will see no more police beating a confession out of a suspect, framing an innocent person, or crooked police. But now we have FBI investigations arresting crooked politicians and police officers, Internal Affairs Departments in every major city, legal firms suing counties for civil rights violations, and even peaceful demonstrators like Martin Luther King making fundamental cultural changes to our country.

I say again that Bill Ayers did not get us out of Vietnam, peaceful demonstrations did. Lawsuits curtail FBI and local police very effectively, but it takes time. And when taxpayers are overloaded with taxes they pass term limits on politicians or in some other way piss them off. And since ‘do-do’ runs down-hill, the police end up getting their budget cut as they piss off the politicians. I can cite examples.

Well, if by now I haven’t convinced you that functional nonviolent options are available and preferable, at least I hope you will dwell on them from time to time. I do appreciate your principle JSebastian, but you are standing on the fine edge of a moral issue that has patriot on one side and monster on the other. The Weathermen Underground are monsters.

        • De Logik

DHS is not a public service, regular police are.

          • Nancy

They are not public service? HELLO is there anybody inthere? They are paid with your tax dollars and are required to take an oath to uphold the Constitution as part of their employment for a PUBLIC AGENCY. That is what is called public service.

        • dagobarbz

Wow, you are ONE CONFUSED PUPPY to blame this on Obama when the militarization of police has been ongoing since…oh, lemme see here…AHA! Yeah. Ongoing since Bush 1.0 was in office. How’d you manage to miss that in your overwhelming need to slam the president?

You’re no better than those idiots who baww about ‘Obama phones’ when the program was launched by your geriatric god, Ronald Reagan.

          • JSebastian

False. You need to stop reading Snopes…you realize its just a couple of leftists at home in their pajamas, right?

Are you referring to the Universal Service Fund, or Lifeline? Prior to Obama, the program never paid for cell phones. The actual USF was signed into law in 1996 under the Clinton Administration.

You are seriously arguing that, because the technology has changed, it’s no longer ‘Reagan phones?’

No. Just no. That duck don’t fly. Cell phones. Gee, were there cell phones when Ronnie was president? Why, no, there weren’t BECAUSE THEY HADN’T BEEN INVENTED YET.

          • JSebastian

It was never Reagan phones either. The USF didn’t begin until Clinton.

          • dagobarbz

Debunking. You get that? So you would avoid reading Snopes if you were fond of all the myths and nonsense Snopes debunks. You poor thing. So uninformed about the internets.

          • JSebastian

Yes, it is ALSO what I said it was – a couple of leftist morons sitting around in their house.

          • dagobarbz

And you have the gall to call someone else a moron…funny!

Sorry no matter who wins the next election there will still be this happening. How long has this been happening? 911 gave almost unrestrained control to the police.gov. Blaming the O is a sure sign of not reading widely enough.

        • David Carmichiel

truth is they usually are very very carefull who they actually take down with all there supr duper firepower and strategic oneupmanship with the army rangers and their dedicated anti terrorist units

        • maxiemom

You’re blaming Obama for the militarization of the police?

Sorry, but this started during Nixon’s ‘war on drugs’ and ended up on steroids after 9/11 thanks to the so-called Patriot Act which has done nothing but allow cops to train as if they were paramilitary organizations. Remember, Bush wanted to keep us scared, which is how we end up with cops as jack booted thugs in the first place. That’s how it’s started in every other country.

You want this to end? Stop voting for people who think that war is a great idea, including wars that pit Americans against Americans.

          • JSebastian

Well, fear is control. And that’s the only way this situation can be reversed and the balance of power restored to the People.

          • slkgej6

Maxiemom has lost her mind. She’s correct that this began prior to Obama, but no president in history has ever armed and created so many secret police forces that answer to no one but him. It should be a clarion call to the entire nation that there is simply no justification for ANY president, regardless of political affiliation, personal philosophy, or pure insanity to step outside the confines of the constitution. I couldn’t care less who the president is in power that is forming these secret forces, I just want to see them disbanded.

UPDATE July 6th: Ms. Edwards said she
still has not received any explanation and has been stuck with the
      repair bills.

“At almost 4 weeks, I still have no answer, excuse, apology or any other contact,” she said on July 5th.

She provided Police State USA with a copy of the warrant (home address redacted).
The warrant mentions two attachments. “Attachment B” was a physical
description of the house and directions for how to find it (no address). Ms. Edwards
said. Police did not provide her with “Attachment A”.

What should and needs to happen is her congressman needs to call for an investigation.

    • rob

The Sheriffs waited till I was in the shower to serve a kick-yer-arse-outta-here order from my wife’s divorce atty.
There were supposedly ten more sheriffs outside waiting for the gunfight.

They know you are most vulnerable in the shower. Time to buy Stainless Steel if you don’t have any.

This is happenning more often than one thinks. Just wait until election day 2016,anyone thinking Obama and others are leaving ,heres a news flash ,they aren’t.

  • RoccoCapone

It wouldn’t be so bad if this were an isolated case but this kind of abuse happens regularly. It isn’t anything new and is not just since our boy president took over. It has been going on for thirty years but it is getting more and more common. Read “The Rise of the Warrior Cop” by Radley Balko. He documents case after case of just this sort of thing happening. Remember when Obummer said that he wanted a civilian defense force equal in size and power as the military? Either get used to it or fight to stop it.

  • Marty65

Barack Obama as a candidate said he wanted a national police force. Well now he has it and this is what they do.,

    • tedh754

And nobody as far as I can remember asked a single question about that.

    • thorschariot

we already have one. the US Marshals were created in 1789.

  • Jack South

The thing is..the “army rangers will NOT use that kind of firepower anymore, going door-to-door in Fallajuah”, or in any other foreign countries. Not in our new “hashtag-oriented” military, anyway..

    • Thinker

But the “obama brown shirts” will.

  • James Allman

I don’t see anything funny about this it is out and out bullshit but you cops that say there are just a few bad apples explain it to me.

  • American-By-Choice

The face of old school fascism. What you’re seeing here, is what our Founders were subjected to by the Government they threw off, and in the process, authorized subsequent generations to do the same.

    • Adam Mcgovern

      Bang! ON

  • odinsthunder

Regular people are having this happen more and more often. They get the door kicked in, they get abused, the authorities trash the house, trash the people for multiple hours and then leave having accomplished nothing. Leaving a naked suspect, especially a female laying on the floor is abuse. In the first place there is very little reason to strip search a suspect unless you’re looking for drugs and the search warrant didn’t say drugs. Leaving that lady laying naked on the floor is what lawsuits are all about. That’s sad….

    • carolchristine

Why aren’t these people filing charges?

      • Concerned Citizen

Who is to say they are not, it just that the Obama courts are on their side unless you are one of his chosen few.

        • American Patriot

Courts are a damn JOKE, they are of no concern to ANYBODY now!

      • American Patriot

If they did this to MY family, they would already be at war!
This is NOTHING short of TERRORISM by FED!

        GUN THEM ALL DOWN!!

      • Nancy

They went to the ACLU. My guess is there will be a large lawsuit.

      • JSebastian

And what good do you think that will do? The guilty government agents that are involved will nearly certainly claim and be granted “qualified immunity” or will stonewall the investigation with perjured testimony and affidavits, or documents will be mysteriously erased or lost, or what have you. Its nearly inevitable that the crimes of these government agents will never be officially recognized or accorded any punishment.

    • James Stevens

They have no right to search you looking for drugs without a warrant, and thats the kind of thought that lets them do this kind of thing. The reason we have no more 4th amendment protections is because of the damn drug war and attitudes like yours that makes it A OK to strip search people hoping to locate a little weed.

      • James Tipping

James Stevens you may want to read his comment again. He said the same thing you did about searching for drugs without a warrant. Your reading comprehension skills seen to be lacking.

        • Tabatha Ann Brallier

“In the first place there is very little reason to strip search a suspect unless you’re looking for drugs and the search warrant didn’t say drugs.”
Actually James Stevens reading comprehension skills seem to be better than yours. As he said the only legitimate reason a police officer would have to search you, would be to look for drugs. Just thought I would point that out.

          • JSebastian

In the prison intake or inmate setting, strips searches are conducted not just for drugs, but any of the long list of items deemed contraband, such as weapons.

But in this situation, the officers didn’t have the intent to conduct a strip search per se, since it wasn’t a “cavity inspection”. It was probably just general douchebaginess and the usual paranoia over “officer safety”. They will surely attest that they didn’t know if the female was concealing any dangerous items in her towel, such as a weapon, or the object of the search, and thus removed the towel for “officer safety”, blah blah blah.

Once you read enough of these things, you realize that they all have the same CYA playbook , with standard verbiage that gets rubber stamped by all of the collaborators and enablers such as IA, DA, and the courts. There is an orchestrated and organized conspiracy to defeat justice by obfuscation, denial, and accepting perjured and manufactured testimony. Hence the resulting consistent lack of “justice” available to victims of these incidents.

      • Trey Max Jacobsen

That’s what I’ve been saying for a while. In fact this drug war was started as a way to take rights from blacks and minorities, in addition to protecting corporations from competition. It’s sad to see so many people still feed off the bullshit they’ve been fed for so long.

    • ZeroSum1

it law clearly states that you have to directly point out the persons or objects in question and most accurate Location of them or items in the warren and the warrants MUST be served to the Person or persons Private property or Home. Any of the laws recently do not apply as the violate constitutional law and therefore are illegal.

      • Don Oberloh

But laws can be circumvented by federal or state judges at any time they choose too. Happens all the time. Even if a jury finds you not guilty a judge can set that verdict aside and send them back in to deliberate until he is satisfied with a verdict. Appellate court?…lol the district court judge are the ones that “allow” or not allow you to petition the appellate court.

  • tedh754

This is why I will never trust our police to do the right thing. At the end of the day, they are paid to do what they do, and that means they will do what they are told. “I was just following orders.” Sound familiar? Do you think any of those cops asked, “Do we really need to do this as if it were an invasion?”

    • http://politicalknow.blogspot.com/ SheerPolitics

The nazi’s said the same thing.

      • tedh754

My point exactly! Thank you for noticing.

    • Johnny Herrera

That’s what they said about the VA scandal…. I was just following orders!

  • AlbuqBill

Before you buy into this remember, on any warrant, City, County, State or Federal the reason for the warrant is written into the warrant. For them to just say that it was signed off on by a Federal Judge is not telling all the facts. What is the reason there is nothing written about what is in the warrant other than who signed it and listing electronics as possible evidence? Where is the rest of the information contained in the warrant?

  • rob

What a bunch of GAY pigs! They do this in hopes of finding or creating vulnerable children they can rape.

      • Robert Bob Wine

Why is it Rob, that when someone disagrees with a policy of Mr. Obama, they are racists? You’ve all been trained by the race baiters to come up with CRAP like that because there’s not a valid excuse for simply disagreeing in liberal eyes. Did you realize that he’s as much white as he is black? Why does no one who calls everyone racist realize that?

I’m a reasonably well educated individual who actually uses his brain to think about things such as our current politics and how the election was won by dead voters. Be a sheeple if you so desire, but try looking at the situation, the scandals, the lies, the ineptitude of current politics. Take off the rose colored glasses and look at all the garbage going on. Perhaps even listen to Judge Jeanine Pirro and get a few facts instead of the lies fed to you by the liberal media.

      • Gary Honeycutt

Our constitution set up our government to protect against this, but our leaders have always like precedents as rungs on the ladders storming the walls. “If someone did it, I can do it because a precedent has been set. I’ll do something else or go a little farther then next time there will already be a precedent in place”.
Human nature tends to work much the same way. Something questionable happens, it blows over without much ado, and each time it happens again it raises less eyebrows.
We need to go back and eliminate many precedents. Like Marshall Thurgoods “penumbra of an emanation”. Pure BS that gave the supreme court boundless power.

This is why the two most senior intelligence officers resigned from the pentagon without providing a reason. They knew and would not be complicit in the federal government targeting patriotic Americans who are sick of being under a constant state of attack by big government and its dodgy agencies like the EPA, FCC, FEC and IRS. The FEC commissioners warned that Obama and his administration was targeting conservatives.

    “Citizens
may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting
officer’s life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This
premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the
case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the
officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally
accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law
looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer
had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had
no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more
than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense
    had been committed.”
“An arrest made with a defective warrant, or
one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is
within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest
and break away. lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so
resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary
manslaughter.” Housh v. People, 75 111. 491; reaffirmed and quoted in
    State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason, 32 Kan. 245; Ballard v.
    State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau, 241 P. 2d 447; State v. Spaulding,
    34 Minn. 3621.
“When a person, being without fault, is in a place
where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without
retreating, repel by force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his
right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan
    v. State, 57 Ind. 80; Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1.
    “These principles
apply as well to an officer attempting to make an arrest, who abuses
his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the use of
unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual who
unlawfully uses such force and violence.” Jones v. State, 26 Tex. App.
    I; Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93,
    903.
“An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so
attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use
force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault
    and battery.” (State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260).
    “Each
person has the right to resist an unlawful arrest. In such a case, the
person attempting the arrest stands in the position of a wrongdoer and
may be resisted by the use of force, as in self- defense.” (State v.
    Mobley, 240 N.C. 476, 83 S.E. 2d 100).
“One may come to the aid of
another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being
assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to
liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may
have submitted to such custody, without resistance.” (Adams v. State,
    121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910).
“Story affirmed the right of self-defense
by persons held illegally. In his own writings, he had admitted that ‘a
situation could arise in which the checks-and-balances principle ceased
to work and the various branches of government concurred in a gross
usurpation.’ There would be no usual remedy by changing the law or
passing an amendment to the Constitution, should the oppressed party be a
minority. Story concluded, ‘If there be any remedy at all … it is a
remedy never provided for by human institutions.’ That was the ‘ultimate
right of all human beings in extreme cases to resist oppression, and to
apply force against ruinous injustice.’” (From Mutiny on the Amistad by
Howard Jones, Oxford University Press, 1987, an account of the reading
of the decision in the case by Justice Joseph Story of the Supreme
    Court.
As for grounds for arrest: “The carrying of arms in a quiet,
peaceable, and orderly manner, concealed on or about the person, is not a
breach of the peace. Nor does such an act of itself, lead to a breach
of the peace.” (Wharton’s Criminal and Civil Procedure, 12th Ed., Vol.2:

I used to donate to the police but this has got to stop or more people will just walk up behind our police and do what that husband and wife team did! Also with the Weapons and Ammo businesses not selling to the Police is a first good start! I want them to catch criminals but this is probably a threat to a whistleblower, some lawyers for whistleblowers have been broken into by professionals? Can you say 100 times Watergate!

I somehow feel there is a personal vendetta at work here, and I am thinking that someone this lady knows in the department she worked for brought this about and that is why she was stripped and laid out naked. If she ever gets to the bottom of this I am going to bet on this being the case. How awful for both of them.

One thousand of these No-Knock Warrant last year. 40% resulted in no arrests or charges. Had these people resisted, they likely would have been injured or killed. I think it would be rather fun to return the favor to these judges and to the “officers.” In all seriousness, this is NOT acceptable.

I would love to read the warrant affidavit. Either someone falsified some information, or there was something else going on. More police and feds need to go to jail for falsifying warrant affidavits, that’s the answer to this problem.

  • Tony Turko

This brief story states, that Edwards once worked for DHS. I hope more details are released to the press regarding the why factor to this story. Not happy that there is ever a reason for a no knock warrant. The DHS must be aware of news stories of home invasion crimes. The DHS actions are careless and reckless. Some day soon, they will hit on the wrong house, and the blood of a innocent family massacre will be on there hands.

  • David F. Podesta

What was DHS doing making this bust? What kind of federal crime could they have done to warrant the DHS coming out? Were they home-grown terrorists? It don’t sound like it. Were they wanted for murder? Who knows. Whatever crime they were wanted for, it sounds like it could have been handled by local authorities, not DHS. This is an overstretch of authority and definitely abuse of that authority.

I never understood why Bush created the DHS. I didn’t agree with it’s creation from the get go. It’s past time to shut many of these rogue agencies down.

Just think of these cases and plan for such events. Have some fun improvising alarms & incendiaries if you want. Nowadays I’m typically active at that hour anyway. The prospect of destroying a Hummer full of these little armored oppressors seems more than worth any potential legal hassle–though, to be honest, I personally don’t have much to lose & am prepared to go full Judah Maccabeus on such a State.

Of course the last officer to go in walks slower than when I couldn’t walk for 3 years after a drug addict purposely ran me over! The cop discriminated against me because I was riding a sport bike and claimed that I was going to fast and said he turned my bike on and it said I was going 140 MPH at the time of the accident. #1 I would have been dead not a simple scrape on my knees. #2 You can’t take that corner anywhere near that fast! #3 he claimed there was no paint on my bike when only my rear tire would have touched, and there was silver paint on my rear tire and when I caught the jerk he never cleaned off the black tire marks from his bumper! #4 Cops and even a judge still discriminate against me simply because it is a sport bike when I see standard motorcycles doing more dangerous things!

  • boxertdog

Police killed a man in Seattle a few days ago that wouldn’t drop his knife. Deadly force on a citizen for ………………? Was he a danger to armed cops or did they just run out of patience with him? I think she should of when and got a video camera and took video of the place after they left. and why wasn’t a woman officer there ? she could of taken the woman to a different room and let her put some clothes on. she was lying there for everyone of them to see her and they didn’t even cover her up. By the video the two police woman show up after it s over and one of them comes back out and leaves. I’m all for the police going for the bad guys but to treat a woman that way is not wright they should have a woman officer with them or had one there the min they entered the place so she could of taken control of the woman. Instead of letting her lying there and not even covering her that’s not wright something needs to change.

This administration is the dirtiest of any I have heard of in the USA. Obama is personally responsible for his administration, even if he’s ignorant of it. German’s got Jewish blood on their hands for supporting a National Socialist tyrant who became dictator with a pen and a phone, that hated a religious sect. Hitler turned against his liberal base in the “Night of the Long Knives”, and executed the homosexual leaders of his 2 million strong private army, who thought he wasn’t bringing enough socialist reforms. There’s no honor among thieves.

  • Concerned Citizen

Its a shame we the people get treated worst than the terrorist that destroy our country. They are given lawyers and rights while ours are being taken away day by day. And this administration does not know anything about it unless it is on the news, and since the msm doesn’t report the bad unless it if for them, then he knows nothing about it.

  • Max

nothing API won’t bring to quick stoppage of these gestapo terrorists…

  • Cypher

I read some of the responses and I see jokes. Some of them are funny but we have a serious problem. We have a serious problem when the government can do this to an average citizen without any explanation. Leaving the woman handcuffed naked on the floor while she repeatedly asked to be covered is beyond bullying and humiliating. If this had hit close to home and had been someone’s mother, sister or daughter it would be very different. Personally I am outraged, not at our government, at America’s lack of outrage. Is this Natzi German or is this America? 1776 was fought over much less.

Get used to it, people. Your president does the same thing on a daily basis with his executive orders and directives without so much as a ‘may I’ from congress and congress says nothing. • jenkem5

What a bunch of homos… They’ll all pay soon enough.

  • Tim

We are treating Law abiding citizens like they have no rights, and in the process the government agencies are becoming terrorists. Just cause a crooked judge signs a warrant doesn’t give it any real constitutional power. Stand up against this tyrannic regime. Some times the tree of liberty must be fed with the blood of tyrants and patriots. Wake up it is your voice they are silencing, its your weapons they will take and it will ultimately be the freedom that generations of our families have fought and died to protect will be but a whisper in the distance.

  • gitarfan

The judge should have these guys in to answer some tough questions. If not, he should be in front of the press answering some tough questions.

  • Carolyn

Don’t you people get it? Plain and simple “We have no rights” anymore. Period We could all be victims. Be careful of what you say, do or even think. I had a friend who said something on FB and they considered him a terrorist. The police were at his doorstep. Not like this video, but they were there period. Sad to say…..but there isn’t a constitution we remember….Government can just make their own laws and we can’t even do a thing about it. President Obama is a prime example of that. We are the United States of America, and some changes need to be made.

pi, the sad thing to me is that YOU don’t see that their, constitutional rights were violated in every way possible. The government IS SUPOSED to be answerable to the people. The government, from the president is telling us that the constitution means NOTHING to them. From your response, it tells me that the rights our founding fathers gave us mean nothing to you as well. Which means that YOU (maybe your family) are either communist, or socialist. You simply don’t like AMERICA. AND THAT SIR, IS SAD!!!!

This is another show that cops and Feds in this country have to much power. If they don’t like someone just because of how they look they will go after that person and be as nasty as much as they can just because you look different. The corruption in this country is getting to far and the list is to long. Those that know the truth on what is going on they will go after to silence them for speaking out. They don’t want the truth to get out. They want to repress as many people as possible. Obama and his police all over every state and this country are letting the bad guys go and going after people that don’t do no wrong. This is how it is were I live. I been subjected to this treatment ever since I was a kid. This is why i hate cops and the Feds with a passion! Those that think that cops do not go after people that don’t do no wrong. Then you are having delusions of grandeur because they do! I and many of my friends have spent years being harassed and accused of things by then when It was always someone else doing these bad things. When you turn around and go after them they always have excuses and get off without a slap on the wrist! Cops and Feds are the product of evil and are all corrupted!

    • nmgene

Ok, so now they leave after trashing home and making woman take everything off, the next time maybe they will be hauled off to a FEMA camp. This is going to happen, when no one expects it. So lets just let them continue to raid, ravage and leave. Lets just watch the terror escalate. Good idea right?

How would they like it if the tables were turned on them & some angry patriots broke into their homes and night armed to the gills and had their wife/ girlfriend handcuffed & fully naked while their home is trashed? They should treat others the same way they want to be treated. And if they only replied by saying “Police” then the couple needs to find out who issued the warrant from where & have them sued. This is a direct violation of the 4th Amendment and was one of the reasons the early patriots revolted against England.

This is why we have the second amendment. Not for protection against robbers, nor for hunting. Those are good reasons to have a gun with ammo, but is not the principal reason. • anarchyst

I hope it never comes to this, but there may come a time where aggrieved groups “take things into their own hands” . . .

Find out where one rogue officer lives. case his home. Wait until early one morning and catch him as he comes out of his house- bring a gang. Once you have successfully beaten him into unconsciousness, go into his home- tie up his family. Break everything in sight. Pour sugar in all the gas tanks of their vehicles. Get all the info you can off their cell phones and computers. move on to the next rogue officer until you have visited them all. Then case the rogue chief of police. Keep doing this and they might start to back off being such assholes. When these bastards have to “grow eyes in the backs of their heads”, they might decide to “behave themselves’. Give these so-called SWAT bastards a “taste of their own medicine”.

The above is just a thought. I hope it will never come to that, but . . . with the amount of unjustified murders that cops get away with . . . it is a possibility.

There have been individual cases where rogue cops have been “black bagged”, tied to a tree and warned to start behaving themselves. Of course, these cases are never publicized.

Look up “the battle of Athens, Tennessee”. This is one instance of the townspeople “taking back” their town from corrupt “law enforcement”.

Obtain and read “Unintended Consequences” by John Ross. In it, are history lessons, law lessons, and ways to take back our country . . .

  • Doug Funny

I have had the DHS seize all of my business and personal bank accounts without notice and didn’t get a reason why for 2 months. They wouldn’t even speak to my attorney at first.

After a while I was told I purchased product or services from a company that was being investigated for something. Its now been a year and I have been found innocent of all allegations. I was expecting to get back all of the money they took from me and they told my attorney that “Yes you’re client is innocent” but we aren’t giving him back all his money. “Ask your client how much he would like back”. My response was ” all of it “naturally. This was back in March. They told me they will give me back 1/10th of what they took ILLEGALLY!!! I still have yet to see a penny of my hard earned money.
I lost my businesses, my house, cars , … My life. And was just a business owner who bought services from the wrong company at the wrong time.
I thought I was the only one that this Governmental Robbery had happened too until last month. The same thing is happening to a friend of mine who they took 1500 acre farm with a 30,000 sq. Ft. Lodge on it. And they are telling him they are charging him all his property, guns, and threatening jail. The reason for this seizure and 13,000,000 dollar fine. They saybita because he purchases a captive raised deer and had it brought to his completely fenced in 1500 acre ranch here in Mississippi.

The worst part about my friends situation other than the government stealing millions from him and his family. They are also going to slaughter all of the animals on his ranch. Not kill them and take them away. Not kill them and feed the hungry. No, they are going to send in government paid hunters to shoot all the animals and leave them to decay. This is disgusting and 100% true.

No need to quote scripture here, anybody with common sense – regardless of the faith they follow can see that we are scrapping bottom… Very soon It will all come crashing down – then , who will you serve then ?

  • DJohn1

They did it because they can. The laws passed by the Congress with over 300 voting for them, allow homeland security ultimate power to do what ever they want without any controls whatsoever on their actions. This was recently done in 2009 if I am not mistaken. It was done with a clear majority of both parties in the congress. This was a renew of a previous law put together under the Bush administration. People were horrified that Congress did it the first time. The second time they did it was just a plain betrayal of the entire country by those representing us. Nothing has changed. They are still in office.

Your representatives voted FOR that law. And now it is coming home to roost big time.
The problem with this well armed and well trained gestapo is this is really America. Not Amerika.
Notice that they had a federal judge warrant on this for probable cause. What probable cause and if not why was a federal judge giving out warrants like they came out of a cereal box?
I think that needs to be presented before a Congressional Committee of supposedly representatives of the nation.
When is it contempt of congress? OR is the contempt of congress justified? Are the people that did this contemptable?
When is this congress going to read the laws they sign into law before they sign them?
The Obama laws are all different than the ones our representatives think they signed and we have to pay for it.
These are not illiterate people. They are 99% lawyers. That means 4 years of college, four years of law school, and an internship in a law firm. Some after further years before the bench, become judges. These are supposedly educated people. Yet they are going to allow this to go on in a gestapo type organization sponsored by the Congress?
Our only real hope is to get this bunch out of office at the next election. Then do it again in 2 years for the next election, and the one after that, until they are all cleared out.
I think the Demon Party has just about run its course. I think the Repub party has done its best as well.
Both parties have a choice. Go with what they have done in the past. Most likely to happen.
Start reforming themselves and get a party of fresh people with a whole lot more honest approach to things.
That means lying is going to get you thrown out of office.
It means not following the constitution either as a representative, a judge, a president, or anyone else is going to get you thrown out of office.
If the people are wise, they will simply bide their time. When the elections come up, they will throw this lot out and get a new bunch in with orders to change things. If that doesn’t happen, then do it again and again.
I think a congressional investigation run by a neutral party is in order on this alleged injustice to common people.
The judge that authorized it needs to be brought before the bar for conduct unbecoming. Then he needs to be brought before the Congress to testify about why he allowed this warrant.
But until the people, not just a few, get their backs up, nothing is going to happen.

  • DJohn1

I would like a list of Congress people who voted for the security act right before the election in November published by every newspaper, magazine, tv news, radio in the country. I think it is only fair that people know what they are doing once they are elected.

The Patriot Act need to be scrutinized. This kind of aberrant behavior is not justified. Its way beyond over-kill. I’ll be surprised if there isn’t a law suit to follow. But, an even bigger concern, from my pov is the mind-set of the officers who carry out these gestapo style raids. Do any of them have a conscience? Do they really think Urban Warfare Tactics are necessary? Those guys aren’t in Falluja anymore, so, why the disregard for dignity?

Does anyone know what recourse we would have if this happened to any of us? What is the legal procedure for recompense?

    • Davidr70

There is not legal procedure in this, since it was an ILLEGAL action to begin with. You would be hard pressed to find a judge who would willingly take your case against one of their own. The only true recourse, unfortunately, is to become as lawless as those in power. You must be willing to take the fight to them and, if need be, suffer the consequences of your actions. Either way you are a criminal in their eyes, so you might as well EXCEED their expectations and take the fight to them.

When the God Emperor arose and forged the Imperium of Man, did the Chaos Gods continue to squabble amongst themselves? Yes, yes they did, but for the most part they realized they had bigger fish to fry.

The Democrats & Republican politicians as well as certain other corporate, government, religious, and special interest elites as well as militarized police and government departments gone rogue as well as an evil genocidal army of thugs serving these tyrants, whether they realize it or not, are the innate problem.

I’m usually against bloodshed and think violence is over rated. I’ve been against most wars and is it is rarely if ever the answer but this time it simply is a matter of evil people need to be taken out.

Welcome to the NWO. My guess is that the majority of the American citizens who are feeling that the Police, and Government are heavy – handed are also getting a taste of what many others have been experiencing long before 9/11.
As of now all of our Civil Rights have been thrown in the trash. Once again, this is nothing new to the less fortunate people of this country.
Taped, and televised abuses of people never changed the way these running lackeys operate. In fact, once the cops were acquitted in the infamous Rodney King case after clearly being caught violating his Civil Rights, Cop Shootings And killings continued. Ask the families of Sean Bell, Amadou Diallo, and countless others who’s plight didn’t get telivised if what we are all now seeing is new. Civil Liberties, and Rights have been violated ever since they were inacted. Welcome to the club, more importantly for the newly violated; Welcome to the club.

Dale, Since the passage of Patriot Act in 2003. it began in the post 911 flurry.
Congress created DHS as a central agency, I swore then it was a mistake to pass such sweeping anti-constitutional legislation, and UNTIL someone dies at the hands of these goons and it doesn’t get swept under the rug it will continue to get worse.
We are witnessing the build up of a police state to support the military/prison/political complex. Until we have a full blown class action lawsuit to force cease and desist this crap will continue.

Get ready for it…. this is just the beginning… to see how citizens are going to react to the callous breaches of the constitution and Bill of rights. The more that they see that can be gotten away with, the more actions will be taken to limit and drove our rights that men and women have fixed to protect.

  • MR AR50

This crap has got to stop, if not by way of public outcry, then by force. These thugs never seem to pull this sh#t at a residence that’s prepared to repell invaders. Make them work to get in your home. I installed steel security doors and 2″ thick solid core wood doors at all (3) points of entry into my home, all with deadbolt locks and reinforced door frames. I know it won’t stop them, but it will slow them down long enough for me to break out weapons that will stop them.

    • Richard Gray

These particular guys had a search warrant. Shooting at an officer with a search warrant will land you in prison. You can argue that you were afraid for your life, but chances are that you are going into a cage. Assuming of course, that they don’t kill you on the spot. Then there are the collateral injuries and deaths that would probably occur if you have others in the home. Why not fight them now? If you fight now, you don’t need to shoot anyone, and you won’t go to jail.

      • MR AR50

What have you got in mind, my friend?

      • Takiwiaa

They never presented a warrant until they were done.

      • slkgej6

The way that these officers performed this raid was the problem. Legally, in order for federal officers to enter premises unannounced (by either a knock, bullhorn announcement, etc), there has to be probable cause that is listed on the warrant that justifies the reason for the “no knock” warrant issuance.

There are two reasons recognized by the courts as constitutionally establishing probable cause under the 4th amendment. Those are: 1. to prevent the destruction of evidence (the evidence to be seized has to be listed in detail on the warrant and the reason that it could be compromised if the “no knock” method is not used has to be justified to the judge) and 2. to prevent injury to police officers. This second method used to be only rarely used excepting in RICO statute cases involving gangs or the mafia, but, with the advent of the Patriot Act, has become more and more common, especially in FISA courts. The problem with that justification is that it often has exactly the opposite effect, because, especially in homes, the residents have no idea who is entering and are 100% justified in defending themselves and their property within the confines of the homeowners’ property.

This becomes especially applicable in “stand your ground” states, where there is no duty to retreat from a threat and where force is justifiable to defend even property, not simply life. However, you are correct that this is likely to result in fatalities, possibly on both sides, but the police cannot justify charging a private homeowner with assault on a police officer when they didn’t bother identifying themselves, something that is pertinent in EVERY criminal case, and part of the Miranda statute refinements issued by the supreme court in 2010. Where there is no identification, private citizens cannot be reasonably expected to somehow, “know” that it is the police intruding on the private residence and not an invader.

In this case, neither of these conditions applied. The warrant did not list any specific reasons for the “no knock” approach. The seizure of digital media does not, in and of itself, constitute a reason for issuance of a “no knock” warrant. In fact, the actions of the officers negate any legal coverage they might have had justifying the need for the raid. They tore the house apart, causing damage to property, violated both homeowners civil rights by cuffing them stark naked on the floor and refusing to cover them, they seized property that was not listed on the warrant and they did NOT seize ANY of the digital media that they could have legally taken. The warrant itself was a violation of the 4th amendment of the constitution because only areas containing the listed items can legally be searched, yet the officers did not confine themselves to those areas and did not take any of the items that would have justified the warrant in the first place.

The problem is that these officers are 100% aware that what they are doing is illegal and plain wrong. That makes them criminals, not simply police officers on the street doing their jobs. They cannot use the “I was ordered to do this” excuse because they have all been trained on what constitutes “legal” and “illegal” orders and failure to follow the law places them into the realm of criminal acts that make them individually liable for their actions, just like every other federal officer who takes an oath, NOT to their boss, not even the president, but rather, to the constitution of the United States.

Your claim that the homeowners will be held liable by courts for assault on police officers if they defend themselves prior to identification of who is attacking is wrong. Any time that a “no knock” warrant is used, especially in a residential situation where a homeowner can reasonably expect, under the law, security and safety in their place of dwelling, the police are taking on vast responsibility for their actions, no matter who they work for and communities generally do not support this type of home invasion. Think what could have happened. Then think about the lame justifications they are using for why they performed this search and then think about how that would fly in a courtroom, especially in light of the fact that they DID NOT find a single thing that they claimed justified the unannounced invasion in a residential situation. In most municipalities, they wouldn’t have a prayer of successfully bringing a case and would likely face stark opposition from the local police, most of whom resent the federal government performing these secret raids in their local neighborhoods, where they themselves live. Worse, the federal government never bothers to inform the local forces what they are doing and why, meaning that this could result in more violence if the police respond and the federal officers have not identified themselves and are wearing black face masks and uniforms. It is a recipe for disaster and one that is occurring more and more frequently with less and less justification.

You may say we can fight them in the courts, but how is this possible when the identification of WHO is making the raid, what federal law enforcement division is involved and WHY is secret? All they have to do is say, “It’s classified” and voila!…they don’t have to justify anything. These federal agencies have now crossed a line and, like our president, no longer care one whit if their actions are constitutional or legal. They’re nothing more than thugs, and this behavior is eventually going to result in armed battles if it doesn’t stop, and frankly, if the state governors start getting involved, the federal “sturmtruppen” will find themselves outnumbered and dead.

  • Benton

We need to repeal the Patriot Act, in either party’s hands it’s power is abused, The DHS has become frightenly similar to Germany’s Gestapo, complete with black uniforms and vehicles, utilizing secret courts. This is wrong, this is not the way of America.

  • JW Mack

What happened to our Bill of RIghts?

It is time to repeal Patriot, and Defund DHS.

the insanity of our “elected” officials and their lapdogs is out of hand:

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established
should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly
all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer,
while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the
forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

  • porclain

Time to refuse more funds for police and boot out any politician and authorizes funds for more police. Clearly they are NOT doing their job they are simply terrorizing citizens. how is that any different than Iraq.

    • Letusdecide

Every time financial cutbacks are mentioned by politicians, they say that the first impact of the cutbacks will be the ability of police to do their jobs. That usually scares people into demanding that we never defund or reduce funding for law enforcement because their misled. Obviously we SHOULD defund/reduce funding of much/most law enforcement; for the simple reason that they’re no longer enforcing law. The public funds them and then they stock up on gear which they use to subvert/break the law.

  • slkgej6

I wonder if these people ever consider that entering a home this way could lead to the deaths of themselves and innocent people. Why so many agents? Why the firepower with no knock? Why was a warrant issued in the first place? Why did they trash the house, yet take none of the electronics they were authorized to take?

These are all questions that need answers, especially since the warrant was limited ONLY to electronics. And since they didn’t bother to either mirror any hard drives or take them with them, it is more than obvious that they feel absolutely no fear of retaliation because these warrants are being issued in secret courts, and the federal government is so drunk with power that they simply feel no fear of stepping over a line because to them, THERE IS NO LINE. So far as I’m concerned, any so-called “police officer” that participated in this kind of forceful entry knows very well that they are doing something very, very wrong.

That being the case, they should not be surprised if the public starts shooting them. How faceless and nameless will they be when their bodies are being hauled out of a situation that they knowingly and illegally created? If they created the situation leading to their deaths (and they apparently don’t exist anyway), then killing them when they burst through the door with one of these farcical warrants when it’s shown that they have knowingly, wrongfully invaded a person’s home is justifiable homicide.

How, exactly, could someone tell the difference between someone bursting in this way and a thug attempting a home invasion? These raids are designed to place both the invader and invaded in the most dangerous possible situation, and frankly, if I were on a jury for someone accused of murdering a police officer who burst in like this, I’d send a VERY clear message to the government…IF YOU INSIST ON ACTING LIKE LAWLESS THUGS, THEN EXPECT TO DIE LIKE THUGS.”

This is a legal issue that needs to be revisited by the supreme court. Frankly, at this time, DHS more closely resembles the East German Stasi or the Soviet KGB, the secret police who worked ONLY for the ruling nomenclatura than a legal police organization. Who ARE all these ridiculous terrorist groups running around committing legalized rapine, plunder and destruction? Why do these groups need secret police? Under Obama, even a group like the BLM now have their own select groups of psychotics loyal, not to the oath taken by REAL military in our nation, but only to their commanders, for whom they would gladly commit rape, theft, and even murder.

If these organizations are so secret that they do not answer to ANYONE but their own commanders, they should expect to begin to see people rising up and killing them. I’ve never felt this way before, but never, in my worst nightmares, would I have believed that this nation would twice elect a man fully committed to the degradation and subjugation of Americans and who is fully committed to the dissolution of the constitution and the rule of law, and the abject removal of the rights of individuals. In my opinion, it is close to the time when we will need to rise up and kill every last one of the federal demons on these terror squads, and the masters who use them to further their own ends. I used to believe that anyone who would advocate such violence was insane, but how insane do we have to be to sit idly by while the last vestiges of freedom are given over to the possession of the federal government over the space of only 5.5 years? How much more can we expect as Obama escalates his lawlessness? If you’re one of the idiots who applaud such behavior, then PLEASE stand in line to be the first to lose your right to speak, think, or act in accordance with your own beliefs, because that is exactly what you are asking for and frankly, deserve.

As for me, give me liberty or give me death, but I’ll not go quietly into the darkness envisioned by this evil regime, and I don’t believe that I’m alone. If I am, then frankly, folks, we have exactly the government that we merit.

Every man reading this post knows that the tactical team did not cover her so they could qawk at her and probably even get sexually stimulated. Men know what I’m saying is true so don’t pretend otherwise unless your an eunuch and your opinion don’t count. They humilated her unnecessarily and should be held accountable by their superiors because again there was NO legitimate reason not to cover her up especially upon her insistance as she lay sprawled on the floor. I would sue them for every penny they own for this unwarranted act of peeping Tom perversion and the department for not chastising their agents.

It’s a dry run for when they decide to come and take our guns.

I know it’s all noble to say, “come and take them,” but this is how it’s going to go down, the cowards will come in the middle of the night, kick down our doors and drag us out in bewilderment. We won’t get a chance to go out in a blaze of glory.

We need to end this madness.

  • Herb Hoening

Your house could be next. Why was this warrant executed as it was when Ms. Edwards and her boyfriend have no known criminal history. The tactics used to serve this warrant for computers and electronics seems to me to be way overboard and that no computers were seized makes me wonder if they were at the correct address. I have the utmost respect for law enforcement who live by the code to serve and protect and none for those who would invade a persons home and conduct themselves as was done in this incident.

  • Bob Grinslade

Would like to see what the warrant says…What happened to knock and notice?…sometimes it can be short, but, Geez, at least give one…Hope they recorded the entry…..the warrant should have been given to them on entering the house after all was secured…surprised no “cops” were shot on entry…seems a bit of remedial training is in order….

What a bunch of scumbags in uniform. In the military, they would have been tried and convicted, these guys will get away scott free.

simple question cause im not a know it all like the libtards, but ive never in my life recieved a letter or info on how or when to vote or where to vote for a governer or senator or anything other then the president. how do i find out about this and locations where to vote, do i need a voters card? if so where do i get one, im involved in my city inner workings but have not seen anything directing me to a place to vote,. i wonder if this has happened to others and thats another reason were losing this battle

    nothing but thugs !

  • Donna Baccaro

It seems to be happening more and more frequently and it’s scary! When does the public start fighting back, or is that never going to happen? Instead of other counties becoming like us, we’re becoming like them!! Such a dangerous step backwards….

  • Rudy Bizzell

apparently they didnt find anything so they should sue. No2 get their names if possible and then pay them back.

  • Jeff_in_Atlanta

Who needs Muslim terrorists? We’re breeding our own right here in the USofA.

  • rikoshaprl

These agencies are being armed to the teeth. Why?

  • cliftonbritt

Why does the House continue to fund the actions of B.O.’s Junior G-Men? I have no problem with breaking down doors when there is “probable cause” but this kind of bullshit must stop! If the G-Man amateurs want to break down some doors where there is probable cause, they might start at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

  • bo_meister

    Obama’s storm troopers at work.

  • skmartin7

Someone need to be charged for this uncalled for action

  • BoSSspy

There’s almost 32,000 raids like this each year now, how long before they pick us all off, one million dollar raid at a time?

  • dekate

This is happening more and more. Heard about one incident where a baby’s face was blown off when they threw into a dark room a device of some sort. I fully believe it will continue to get much worse.

  • blackyb

Where is the rest of the story? There are two sides. So, it sounds like they were just riding down the road and decided to break into your home? I hardly think so.

    • slkgej6

Really? The government didn’t seize anything and no further contact with the family has ever been made. The government has only produced a secret warrant that, by the way, is completely illegal, yet you believe that these thugs have a “side”? You just keep thinking that. I’m sure that the federal government MORE than appreciates your support.

This is why the Patriot Act don’t work ,Restore our 4th Amendment ,only elect Congressmen who will vote to restore our 4th Amendment .

  • David Sheffield

This is very wrong, but you all realize that your local law enforcement and DHS are not the same agency, right? They don’t serve the same purpose nor work for the same boss. LE works under the local government while DHS is subject to the direction of our “glorious” federal government. Actually there are LE agencies around the country standing up to the federal government and not allowing them to enforce federal ordinances in their areas. So don’t blame your LE for the lawless actions of the federal government.

  • Wetzel

That’s exactly what they were doing, He was a probable for having the recycled hard drive’s so they went nuts on them to see If they had them. Oh well were all enjoying the hope and change remember Der Leader was out to fundamentally change America.

  • Randall Hess

so he forcibly removed her towel ?
. thats rape and she needs to file rape charges and he should get a sexusl defender record and go to jail

  • FarleyAF

I watched the tape and never saw a civilian, naked or otherwise.

    • slkgej6

Perhaps because the security video was shot from OUTSIDE the house, genius. Impressive reasoning skills, there.

  • Rae Shue

There is a lot more to this story than meets the eye.
